Our Community

We are a dance community that includes Break Dance students, coaches and parents in the DMV area. We believe that Break Dancing is a dance style that encourages personal development and self-expression. 

Before registering for our programs, please review our policies listed below.

Payments

All payments must be made online at ALL10Breaking.com through our Registration Portal or in person at our front desk. We accept cash, debit and Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.

If you are not satisfied with your participation after the first class, our team will do our best to place you in a more appropriate class. See CLASS CANCELLATION | REFUND POLICY BELOW

Rules, Terms and Conditions

Payments and Tuition Plans

We offer flexible payment, and tuition plans to suit your needs. Choose from monthly or full session options to tailor your commitment:

  • Monthly Tuition Options:

    • Gold Breaker: 3x per week

    • Silver Breaker: 2x per week

    • Bronze Breaker: 1x per week

  • Full Session Tuition Options:

    • Gold Breaker: 3x per week

    • Silver Breaker: 2x per week

    • Bronze Breaker: 1x per week

Sibling Discount: A 10% discount is automatically applied at checkout for the second child enrolled. For multiple class enrollments per week, simply add the desired classes to your cart and proceed with additional bookings.

Enrollments

Students can enroll on a monthly basis or for the entire session. Monthly enrollment allows joining classes month-to-month, while full session enrollment offers a commitment for the entire session. 

Please note that tuition fees are non-refundable except in cases of medical emergencies with a valid doctor's note (Account credit only). 

Billing & Drop Request Policy:

 

Tuition Billing Processing dates are between the 2nd and the 4th of the month based on your enrollment type:

  • Monthly Tuition Billing

  • Full Session Tuition Billing

Full Session Example: Spring Session Dates: April 1st - June 30th, 2025. A 30 day notice would need to be submitted prior to March 1st, 2025 if the student is enrolled in Full Session tuition billing. 

Monthly Example 2: Spring Session Dates: April 1st - June 30th, 2025. A 30 day notice would need to be submitted on or before March 1st, 2025. 

30-Day Drop Notice: To avoid being auto-charged for the next billing cycle or session, please submit your drop request 30 days before the next billing date or session start.

Drop requests must be submitted via email or Customer portal. Voice mail, verbal communication, or handwritten letters will not be accepted.

  1. Refund Policies: Due to operational costs, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

  2. Cancellation Policies: A 30-day written notice is required to cancel enrollment in a class. If notice is not provided, the student will be billed automatically for the next session or month. Cancellation requests MUST be submitted through the iClass Pro portal or by email to the Studio Managers. Voice mail, verbal communication, or handwritten letters will not be accepted.

  3. Late or Declined Payments Policy: If a payment is late or declined, a fee of $35 will be charged. If payment issues persist, enrollment in classes may be suspended until the account is settled.

 

Classes Policies

  1. Attendance and Missing Classes: Regular attendance is crucial for progress. If a student must miss a class, parents are encouraged to notify the academy in advance through the iClass Pro portal.

  2. Make-up Classes: Make-up classes are available for missed classes and must be scheduled through the iClass Pro portal. Make up classes must be used within the current session.

  3. Right to Merge or Cancel Classes: ALL Breaking reserves the right to merge classes or cancel them if enrollment does not meet the minimum required number of students.

  4. Private Classes Policies: Private classes are scheduled individually and must be paid for in advance. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to reschedule. An addional $49 dollar fee will be required upon reschedulinig of private lesson.

 

Academy Rules

  1. Students must wear clean dance shoes. No boots, sandals or snow boots permitted.

  2. Avoid physical contact with others.

  3. Sanitize hands frequently.

  4. Parents and students who are sick in any way, please do not enter ALL10 Breaking or attend lessons.

  5. Drop off/Pick up: Legal guardian/parent must be present during drop off and pick up.  Check in is required.

  6. Bathrooms are located outside of the studios. A parent or legal guardian must take their children to the bathroom when needed. ALL10 Breaking staff is not responsible for taking children to the bathroom. Please Wash hands and sanitize before re-entering dance studio.

  7. 10 minute rule: If you are more than 10 mins late to class, you will not be able to attend.

  8. No foul language permitted inside of the school.

  9. No smoking near our building. School Zone.

  10. Make ups are only avaialble after the absence is excused.

 

Retail Product Policies:

All10 Breaking products are NOT returnable.

Digital Recording Policy

  1. ALL0 Breaking's Copyrights for Digital Recording: All digital recordings made by All10 Breaking during classes or events are the property of the academy and may be used for promotional purposes.

  2. Third-party Digital Records: Students and parents are prohibited from making digital recordings during classes without prior consent from All10 Breaking.

 

Birthday Party Policy

No Refunds: All sales are final. We will work with you to reschedule for an additional $100 fee. 

Coach Substitutions

ALL10 Breaking Academy reserves the right to provide a substitute coach if the assigned class coach is unable to teach classes. 

Coach Changes

ALL10 Breaking Academy reserves the right to make Coach Changes during our sessions.

Class Cancellations

ALL10 Breaking Academy reserves the right to cancel a class if a minimum of 5 students is not reached. We will do our best to move students to another class.
